The Special Dividend will be paid on the same day of the listing of the ICULS.

The Special Dividend and the Rights Issue are inter-conditional upon one another.

In the event of non-completion of the Rights Issue, the Special Dividend will not be paid to the entitled shareholders, notwithstanding that the share price of the Company would have been adjusted for the Special Dividend during the ex-entitlement period.
