| The Distribution entails the distribution of IGB's shareholdings of 77,669,000 Kris Shares, to the shareholders of IGB as at 5.00 p.m. on 25 March 2005 ("Entitlement Date"), by way of capital distribution-in-specie. Based on the issued and paid-up share capital of IGB comprising 1,456,106,964 ordinary shares of RM0.50 each in IGB ("IGB Shares") as at 8 March 2005, the basis of distribution is 5.33 Kris Shares for every 100 IGB Shares held. The actual number of Kris Shares to be distributed for every 100 IGB Shares held would depend on the issued and paid-up share capital of IGB on the Entitlement Date.
