Remarks :

As set out in the Circular to Shareholders dated 21 November 2001, the new IGB Shares to be issued pursuant to the acquisition of the equity interest in Tan & Tan Developments Berhad by IGB from Gold IS Berhad would be entitled to the Bonus Issue.

Adjustments to the exercise price and number of outstanding warrants 1999/2004 would be made in accordance with Condition 4.1, First Schedule of the Deed Poll dated 27 October 1999 pursuant to the Bonus Issue. Hence, the adjusted exercise price of the warrants 1999/2004 would be RM1.00 per share and the holders of warrants 1999/2004 as at the book closure date set out above would be entitled to an additional one (1) warrant 1999/2004 for every two (2) warrants 1999/2004 held.
