The above dividend, as recommended by the Board of Directors, is subject to shareholders' approval at the forthcoming Fifty-Second Annual General Meeting. Holders of Warrant [PARAMON-WA (Stock Code: 1724WA)] who wish to subscribe for new PARAMON shares are advised to lodge their subscription forms and consideration with Tricor Investor & Issuing House Services Sdn Bhd, the Company's Registrar, by 5.00 pm on 31 May 2022 to enable the new PARAMON shares arising from such exercise to be allotted to the respective holders in order to qualify for the dividend entitlement. |
