Pursuant to the announcement dated 1 August 2017 on the proposed sale and leaseback of the Sri KDU school campus, a portion of the total proceeds of RM165,000,000/- will be utilised to reward shareholders. This special dividend has been approved by the Board of Directors of Paramount Corporation Berhad on this 27th day of February 2018 for the above purpose. Arising from the migration to the no par value regime under the Companies Act, 2016, par value is no longer relevant. |
