The Abridged Prospectus together with the Notice of Provisional Allotment and Rights Subscription Form in relation to the Rights Issue with Warrants (collectively, the "Documents") will only be despatched to the shareholders of Eastland whose names appear in the Company's Record of Depositors as at the Entitlement Date ("Entitled Shareholders") who have a registered address in Malaysia or who have provided the Share Registrar with a registered address in Malaysia in writing by the Entitlement Date.
The Documents are not intended to be (and will not be) issued, circulated or distributed and the Rights Shares with Warrants are not intended to be (and will not be) made or offered or deemed to be made or offered for purchase or subscription in any countries or jurisdictions other than Malaysia or to persons who are or may be subject to the laws of any countries or jurisdictions other than the laws of Malaysia.
The Documents will be despatched to the Entitled Shareholders no later than 2 market days after the Entitlement Date.
Acceptance of and payment for the Provisional Allotments and Excess Applications must be made by way of Rights Subscription Form enclosed together with the Abridged Prospectus or via any methods in the manner as set out in the Abridged Prospectus.
