(Unless otherwise stated, all abbreviations and definitions used herein shall have the same meaning as those used in the announcements dated 14 December 2023, 18 December 2023 and 5 January 2024 in relation to the DRP ("Announcements")).
On 8 December 2023, the Board of Directors of KLK ("Board") has declared a final dividend of 40 sen per KLK Share for the financial year ended 30 September 2023. The Board has also determined that the DRP will apply to the entire portion of the Final Dividend.
Following the above, on behalf of the Board, Maybank IB wishes to announce that the issue price of the new KLK Shares to be issued pursuant to the DRP has been fixed today at RM19.73 per new KLK Share.
Barring any unforeseen circumstances, the new KLK Shares to be issued pursuant to the DRP in respect of the Final Dividend will be listed on the Main Market of Bursa Securities on 29 February 2024.
