| This is an amended announcement to supersede the previous announcement made on 2 March 2007. The amendment is in relation to the suspension of trading of Antah Shares to facilitate the Scheme of Arrangement with Shareholders. The trading of Antah Shares would be suspended on 12 March 2007 prior to the books closure on 16 March 2007 instead of 13 March 2007 as stated in the earlier announcement on 2 March 2007. |
