| As announced on 28 February 2007, a final dividend for the financial year ended 31 December 2006 of 20.0 sen per ordinary share of 50.0 sen each (less 27% tax) has been recommended by the Board of Directors of the Company for approval by shareholders. With the completion of the subdivision of each ordinary share of 50.0 sen each in the Company into 5 ordinary shares of 10.0 sen each in the Company on 16 April 2007, the said recommended final dividend is adjusted to 4 sen per ordinary share of 10 sen each (less 27% tax). |
