| The Bonus Issue will entail the issuance of 75,102,542 Bonus Shares to be credited as fully paid-up on the basis of one (1) Bonus Share for every three (3) existing GKM Shares held by the entitled shareholders of GKM on the Entitlement Date. The Bonus Shares will be listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") on 2 September 2014, being the next market day immediately after the Entitlement Date. The notices of allotment will be issued and despatched to the entitled shareholders of GKM within four (4) market days after the date of the listing of and quotation for the Bonus Shares on the Main Market of Bursa Securities. This announcement is dated 11 August 2014. |
