| The number of Bonus Shares to be listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") will depend on the total number of the issued and paid-up shares of GUH on 13 November 2013. The date of listing and quotation of the Bonus Shares is on 14 November 2013, being one (1) market day after the Entitlement Date. The Share Registrar of GUH will issue and despatch notices of allotment of the Bonus Shares to all entitled shareholders of GUH within four (4) market days after the date of the listing of and quotation for the Bonus Shares on the Main Market of Bursa Securities.
