| Pursuant to the Dividend-in-Specie, entitled shareholders of BCorporation will receive twenty-five (25) BMedia Shares for every one thousand (1,000) BCorporation Shares held as at 5.00 p.m. on the Entitlement Date. Entitlements to fractions of a board lot of BMedia Shares will be paid in cash at the dividend value of RM0.94 per BMedia Share. Barring unforeseen circumstances, the Company intends to distribute the BMedia Shares and the payment of cash dividend for entitlements of odd lots of BMedia Shares pursuant to the terms specified in the Dividend-in-Specie within 30 days from the Entitlement Date. |
