This amended announcement is to inform that the Special Interim Dividend shall supersede the Special Final Dividend Entitlement announcement made on 19 May 2021. In order to facilitate a timely dividend payment to its stockholders, the Company had reclassified the Special Final Dividend to Special Interim Dividend. All details in connection with the dividend (quantum together with the payment and entitlement dates) shall remain the same. The reclassification of dividend to Special Interim Dividend is to provide certainty as to the payment date, which does not require approval of stockholders at annual general meeting. |
