The actual number of Subdivided Shares to be issued would depend on the total number of issued ANB Shares on the Entitlement Date.
Fractional entitlements for the Subdivided Shares, if any, shall be dealt with in such manner as the Board of Directors of ANB in its absolute discretion deems fit and expedient, and in the best interest of the Company.
The Subdivided Shares shall be listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 7 June 2022 ("Listing Date"), being the next market day immediately following the Entitlement Date.
The notices of allotment for the Subdivided Shares will be issued and despatched to all entitled shareholders of the Company not later than 4 market days after the Listing Date.
