| The Dividend In Specie is a component of the listing exercise of TA Global Berhad, a wholly owned subsidiary of TAE, as announced previously. The approvals have been obtained from the Securities Commission for the aforementioned exercise on 11 November 2008, 6 May 2009 and 16 September 2009. Pursuant to the Dividend In Specie, the entitled shareholders will received three (3) ordinary shares of RM0.50 each ("Shares") in TA Global Berhad together with three (3) ICPS of RM0.50 each ("ICPS") for every five (5) existing TA Enterprise Berhad held as at 5.00 p.m. on the Entitlement Date. The tentative date to credit the Shares and ICPS and despatch notice of transfer of Shares and ICPS to be distributed to entitled shareholders of TA Enterprise Berhad is expected to be 20 November 2009. The tentative listing date is 23 November 2009. This annoucement is dated 15 October 2009. |
