The Abridged Prospectus together with the Notice of Provisional Allotment and Rights Subscription Form (collectively, the "Documents"), are only despatched to unit holders of AHP whose names appear in AHP's Record of Depositors as at 5.00 p.m. on 13 December 2016 ("Entitled Unit Holders") at their registered address in Malaysia or who have provided AHP's Registrar, Symphony Share Registrars Sdn Bhd, with a registered address in Malaysia no later than 5.00 p.m. on 13 December 2016.
The Documents will be despatched to the Entitled Unit Holders not later than two (2) market days from the Entitlement Date.
The Documents will not be despatched to the Entitled Unit Holders who have not provided an address in Malaysia.
Entitled Unit Holders who are without an address for the service of Documents in Malaysia and wish to provide a Malaysian address, should inform their respective stockbrokers and the Registrar, Symphony Share Registrars Sdn Bhd to effect the change of address prior to 13 December 2016.
