| On 25 July 2014, the High Court of Malaya granted an order confirming the reduction of the issued and paid-up share capital of Narra via the cancellation of RM0.50 of the par value of every existing Narra Share pursuant to Section 64(1) of the Companies Act, 1965. The existing issued and paid-up share capital of Narra is RM62,187,600 comprising 62,187,600 Narra Shares. Upon completion of the Capital Reduction and Share Consolidation, the issued and paid-up share capital of Narra shall be RM31,093,800 comprising 31,093,800 New Narra Shares. Pursuant to the Capital Reduction and Share Consolidation to be effected on the Central Depository System accounts of the shareholders of Narra at 5.00 p.m. on 14 August 2014, an entitled shareholder holding 1,000 Narra Shares before the Capital Reduction and Share Consolidation will hold 500 New Narra Shares after the Capital Reduction and Share Consolidation. The New Narra Shares will be listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Securities on 15 August 2014, being the next market day following the entitlement date. The Notice of Share Consolidation will be despatched to all entitled shareholders on or before 20 August 2014. This announcement is dated 30 July 2014. |
