The amendments are as follow:- (a) The income tax rate mentioned above has been amended from 28% to 27% in line with the change in corporate tax rate from 28% to 27% which came into effect in 2007; and (b) The entitlement date mentioned above has been changed from 28 June 2007 to 29 June 2007. The payment of the above first and final dividend is subject to shareholders' approval at the forthcoming Sixteenth Annual General Meeting to be held on 26 June 2007 |
