The Abridged Prospectus accompanying the Notice of Provisional Allotment and Rights Subscription Form ("Documents") will be despatched to the Entitled Shareholders who have a registered address in Malaysia and whose name appear on the Record of Depositors of TSR at 5.00 p.m. on 30 November 2015. The Entitled Shareholders, who are without a registered address in Malaysia and wish to provide a Malaysian address, should inform their respective stockbrokers and the Share Registrar to effect the change of address prior to 30 November 2015.
The Documents are not intended to be (and will not be) issued, circulated or distributed in countries or jurisdictions other than Malaysia. No action has been or will be taken to ensure that the Rights Issue with Warrants and the Documents comply with the laws and jurisdictions of any countries other than Malaysia.
The date of listing of the Rights Shares and the Warrants to be issued pursuant to the Rights Issue with Warrants on the Main Market of Bursa Securities will be on 31 December 2015.
The Documents will be despatched to the Entitled Shareholders not later than two (2) market days from the Entitlement Date.
