| The listing of and quotation for the Bonus Shares has been approved by Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 17 March 2009. The Bonus Issue has also been approved by the shareholders of NTHB at its Extraordinary General Meeting on 20 March 2009. In accordance with the Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the date of the listing of and quotation for the Bonus Shares will be on 7 April 2009, being the next market day after the book closing date. The registrar of NTHB will issue and despatch notices of allotment to the entitled shareholders by 10 April 2009. This announcement is dated 20 March 2009. |
