| In accordance with the Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities"), the Consolidated Shares will be listed and quoted on 4 July 2008, being one market day after the books closing date. With the introduction of SPEEDS by Bursa Securities, there will not be any suspension in the trading of Mudajaya Shares for the implementation of the Share Proposals. Mudajaya's Registrar will issue and despatch notices of allotment to the entitled shareholders by 10 July 2008. |
