The Documents are not intended to be (and will not be) issued, circulated or distributed in countries or jurisdictions other than Malaysia and no action has been or will be taken to ensure that the Rights Issue complies with the laws of any countries or jurisdictions other than the laws of Malaysia. The Documents will not be dispatched to the Entitled Shareholders who have not provided an address in Malaysia.
