The Rights Units shall be provisionally allotted to the unitholders whose names appear in the Record of Depositors of Hektar REIT as at 5.00 p.m. on 31 July 2017 ("Entitlement Date") ("Entitled Unitholders"), subject to the terms and conditions as set out in the prospectus, notice of provisional allotment and rights subscription form to be issued in relation to the Rights Issue (collectively, the "Documents").
The Documents are only despatched to the Entitled Unitholders who have provided the Unit Registrar of Hektar REIT with a registered address in Malaysia and whose names appear in the Record of Depositors as at 5.00 p.m. on the Entitlement Date.
The Documents are not intended to be (and will not be) issued, circulated or distributed in any country or jurisdiction other than Malaysia and no action has been or will be taken to ensure that either the Rights Issue or the Documents comply with the laws related to public offerings of any country or jurisdiction where action for such purpose is required, other than the laws of Malaysia.
