| Warrant holders will qualify for entitlement to Southern Acids (M) Bhd's ("SAB") Special Interim Dividend of 35% (Tax Exempt) if the warrant holders exercise their rights to subscribe for new shares in SAB by lodging duly completed subscription forms together with the subscription monies with the Company's registrar, Malaysian Share Registration Services Sdn Bhd prior to 5.00 p.m. on October 31 2003 in order for their new shares to be credited into respective depositor's securities accounts prior to the Entitlement Date. THE AMENDMENT TO THE ANNOUNCEMENT IS AS FOLLOWS :- The Entitlement in percentage (%) should be '35' and not '0.35' as per the earlier announcement of even date. |
