The Abridged Prospectus together with the Notice of Provisional Allotment and Rights Subscription Form (collectively, the "Documents") are only despatched to entitled shareholders who have provided ACSM's Share Registrar with a registered address in Malaysia and whose names appear in ACSM's Record of Depositors as at 5.00 p.m. on 15 August 2017 (Entitled Shareholders). The Documents will also be made available on Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad's website (www.bursamalaysia.com) from 15 August 2017 onwards.

These Documents are not intended to be (and will not be) issued, circulated or distributed in any country or jurisdiction other than Malaysia and no action has been or will be taken to ensure that the Rights Issue of ICULS complies with the laws of any countries or jurisdictions other than the laws of Malaysia.

Accordingly, these Documents will not be sent to Entitled Shareholders who have not provided ACSM's Share Registrar with a mailing address in Malaysia. However, Entitled Shareholders who have not provided ACSM's Share Registrar with a mailing address in Malaysia may collect these Documents from Symphony Share Registrars Sdn Bhd at Level 6, Symphony House, Pusat Dagangan Dana 1, Jalan PJU 1A/46, 47301 Petaling Jaya, Selangor Darul Ehsan, Malaysia, who shall be entitled to request for such evidence as it deems necessary to satisfy itself as to the identity and authority of the person collecting these Documents.

Arising from the migration to the no par value regime under the Companies Act 2016, par value is no longer relevant.
