(i) On 8 January 2015, the Board of Directors of AEON Credit Service (M) Berhad (the "Company") had announced that the financial year end of the Company had changed from 20 February to 28 February to be co-terminus with the financial year end of the ultimate holding company. Thereafter, the financial year of the Company shall be fixed on the last day of February for subsequent years. (ii) The payment of the final single-tier dividend of 29.60 sen per ordinary share of RM0.50 each is subject to the approval of the shareholders at the forthcoming Eighteenth Annual General Meeting of the Company. |
