The Company's existing total number of shares comprising 200,000,000 Shares will be subdivided into 800,000,000 Subdivided Shares in relation to the Share Split.
Fractional entitlements for the Subdivided Shares arising from the Share Split, if any, will be disregarded and dealt with in such manner as the Board in its absolute discretion deem fit, expedient and in the best interest of the Company.
The Subdivided Shares will be listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") on 12 March 2021, being the next market day following the Books Closure Date.
The notices of allotment for the Share Split will be despatched to the entitled shareholders not later than 4 market days after the date of listing and quotation of the Subdivided Shares on Bursa Securities.
