| Subject to the approval of the Bursa Malaysia Depository Sdn Bhd (“Bursa Depository”) for the transfer of treasury shares under the Share Buy-back Account by bulk transfer method of debiting and crediting, the treasury shares to be distributed under the Special Share Dividend will be credited into the entitled Depositors’ Security Account maintained with Bursa Depository on the Payment Date i.e. 13 April 2010. This is an amended announcement to supersede the previous announcement made on 23 February 2010 due to typographical error on the Entitlement Date. The Entitlement Date should read as 25 March 2010. |
