| The renounceable rights issue of up to 91,052,448 Rights Shares together with up to 136,578,672 Warrants will be provisionally allotted to the holders of WSC Shares and ICULS whose names appear on the Record of Depositors of WSC at 5.00 p.m. on 26 February 2008 based on the following ratios: (i) two (2) Rights Shares and three (3) Warrants for every twelve (12) existing WSC Shares held; and (ii) two (2) Rights Shares and three (3) Warrants for every six (6) existing ICULS held. The issue price of the Rights Shares is RM2.23 each and the exercise price of the Warrants is RM3.17 each. This announcement is dated 12 February 2008. |
