The Bonus Shares will be listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") on 21 June 2021, being the next market day after the Entitlement Date.
The Share Registrar of Samchem will issue and despatch the notices of allotment of the Bonus Shares to all entitled shareholders of Samchem not later than 4 market days after the date of the listing and quotation for the Bonus Shares on the Main Market of Bursa Securities.
