Following the Bonus Issue, the exercise price and number of outstanding Warrants-A shall be adjusted in accordance with the provisions of the Deed Poll ("Adjustments").
Additional Warrants-A arising from the Adjustments will be allotted and issued to the holders of Warrants-A whose names appear in the Record of Depositors at 5.00 p.m. on the Entitlement Date.
The actual number of additional Warrants-A to be issued and allotted would depend on the outstanding number of Warrants-A which have yet to be exercised into new MBL Shares as at the Entitlement Date.
The additional Warrants-A will be listed and quoted simultaneously with the Bonus Shares on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 7 September 2020, being the next market day immediately after the Entitlement Date. The notice to the holders of Warrants-A setting out the details of the Adjustments as well as the notice of allotment of the additional Warrants-A will be despatched in due course.
Holders of Warrants-A who wish to be entitled to the Bonus Shares shall exercise their rights to subscribe for new MBL Shares by lodging their duly completed exercise forms together with the relevant subscription monies with MBL's share registrar (at the address stated above) on or before 5.00 p.m. on 21 August 2020 such that their names will appear in the Record of Depositors at 5.00 p.m. on the Entitlement Date.
