On 28 February 2019, the Board of Directors of Kimlun Corporation Berhad ("Kimlun" or "the Company") ("the Board") had proposed a final single-tier dividend of RM0.037 per ordinary share of Kimlun in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2018 ("Kimlun Share(s)") ("FYE 2018 Final Dividend").
The Board had also determined that the dividend reinvestment plan ("DRP") that provides shareholders of Kimlun with an option to elect to reinvest their cash dividend into new Kimlun Shares shall apply to the entire FYE 2018 Final Dividend. The FYE 2018 Final Dividend was approved by the shareholders of Kimlun at the Tenth Annual General Meeting held on 17 June 2019. Following the above, on behalf of the Board, RHB Investment Bank Berhad had on today announced that the issue price of new Kimlun Shares to be issued pursuant to the DRP applicable to the FYE 2018 Final Dividend has been fixed today at RM1.25 per new Kimlun Share.
