The rights of allotment to the Free Shares will be granted free of any cost or charge to the Entitled Shareholders and shall be non-renounceable by the Entitled Shareholders in favour of third parties. In determining the number of Free Shares renounced to the Entitled Shareholders, fractional entitlements, if any, shall be disregarded and shall be dealt with in such manner as the Board and the Vendors in its/their absolute discretion deem fit or expedient and in the best interest of the Company.
