The Bonus Shares will be listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") on 2 November 2022, being the next market day after the Entitlement Date.
The notices of allotment for the Bonus Shares will be issued and despatched to all the entitled shareholders whose names appear in the Record of Depositors of FLB on the Entitlement Date within four (4) market days after the date of the listing and quotation for the Bonus Shares on the Main Market of Bursa Securities.
Entitled Shareholders are not required to take any action.
