We refer to the announcement dated 5 May and 13 May 2016 in relation to the Dividend Reinvestment Scheme (Announcements). Unless otherwise stated, the definitions used herein shall have the same meanings as set out in the Announcements.
On 25 February 2016, the Board of Directors of UOA Development ("Board") had declared the Final Dividend and also determined that the Dividend Reinvestment Scheme shall apply to the entire Final Dividend. On 25 May 2016, the shareholders of UOA Development had at the Company's Twelfth Annual General Meeting approved the Final Dividend and authorised UOA Development to allot and issue such number of new Shares pursuant to the Dividend Reinvestment Scheme.
On behalf of the Board, Kenanga Investment Bank Berhad had, on even date, announced that the issue price of the new Shares to be issued pursuant to the Dividend Reinvestment Scheme in respect of the Final Dividend has been fixed today at RM1.91 per new Share. The relevant documents and the dividend reinvestment forms in relation to the Dividend Reinvestment Scheme are expected to be despatched on 20 June 2016.
