Par value is no longer relevant arising from the migration to the no par value regime under the Companies Act, 2016.
The Bonus Issue will entail the issuance of up to 52,800,000 Bonus Shares to be credited as fully paid-up on the basis of 1 Bonus Share for every 10 existing Sentoria Shares held by the entitled shareholders.
The Bonus Shares will be listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") on 13 December 2017, being the next market day after the entitlement date.
Sentoria's share registrar is expected to issue and despatch the notices of allotment for the Bonus Shares to the entitled shareholders whose names appear in the Record of Depositors of Sentoria on the entitlement date within 4 market days after the date the Bonus Shares are listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Securities.
