The Bonus Issue will entail the issuance of up to 810,000,000 Bonus Shares on the basis of nine (9) Bonus Shares for every ten (10) CAP Shares held by the entitled shareholders whose names appear in the Record of Depositors ("ROD") for CAP Shares at 5.00 p.m. on the Entitlement Date ("Entitled Shareholders"). The actual number of Bonus Shares to be issued will depend on the issued and paid-up share capital of CAP on the Entitlement Date, taking into account any exercise of the existing warrants 2013 / 2016 (Warrants) of CAP.

The Bonus Shares will be listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (Bursa Securities) on 18 September 2015, being one (1) market day after the Entitlement Date.

CAP's Share Registrar is expected to issue and despatch the notices of allotment for the Bonus Shares to the Entitled Shareholders not later than four (4) market days after the date of listing and quotation for the Bonus Shares on the Bursa Securities.

Holders of the Warrants ("Warrantholders") who wish to be entitled to the Bonus Issue shall exercise their rights to subscribe for new CAP Shares by lodging their duly completed exercise forms together with the relevant subscription monies with CAP's Share Registrar (at the address stated above) on or before 5.00 p.m. on 4 September 2015. This is to enable the new CAP Shares arising from such exercise to be allotted to the respective Warrantholders such that their names will appear in the ROD for CAP Shares at 5.00 p.m. on the Entitlement Date. 

Effective on 18 September 2015 (being one (1) market day after the Entitlement Date), the number of outstanding Warrants shall be adjusted in accordance with the adjustment clauses set out in the deed poll governing the Warrants dated 13 December 2013 (Deed Poll) ("Adjustment"). Warrantholders whose names appear in the ROD for the Warrants at 5.00 p.m. on 17 September 2015 (being the Entitlement Date) will be entitled to receive the additional warrants arising from the Adjustment (Additional Warrants). For the avoidance of doubt, Warrantholders who lodge their duly completed exercise forms between 5 September 2015 and 17 September 2015 (both dates inclusive) will not be entitled for the Bonus Issue.

Pursuant to the Adjustment, the Warrantholders will be entitled to nine (9) Additional Warrants for every ten (10) Warrants held. No adjustment will be made to the existing exercise price of the Warrants of RM0.35 each in accordance with the provisions in the Deed Poll.

The Additional Warrants will be listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Securities on 18 September 2015. A notification to the Warrantholders setting out the details of such Adjustment will be despatched to the Warrantholders in due course.
