| The payment of this Final Single Tier Dividend is subject to the shareholders' approval at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of Tune Ins Holdings Berhad ("TIH"). This proposed dividend payment is in line with TIH's dividend policy on the payout of not less than 40% of TIH's consolidated profit to all shareholders, for the financial year ended 31 December 2013 onwards.
