The final single tier dividend of 0.5 Sen per Ordinary Share is subject to the shareholders' approval at Solid Automotive Berhad's ("SOLID") Fifth Annual General Meeting to be held on Tuesday, 24th October 2017.
Holders of Warrants [SOLID-WA (Stock Code: 5242WA)] are advised to lodge with the Company's Registrar, Tricor Investor & Issuing House Services Sdn Bhd of Unit 32-01, Level 32, Tower A, Vertical Business Suite, Avenue 3, Bangsar South, No. 8, Jalan Kerinchi, 59200 Kuala Lumpur, their subscription forms and subscription monies for subscription of new SOLID shares by 5.00 p.m. on Tuesday, 24th October 2017. This is to enable the new SOLID shares arising from such exercise to be allotted to the respective holders in order to qualify for the dividend entitlement. |
