On 30 November 2015, the Board of Directors of BIMB Holdings Berhad ("BHB") ("Board") had declared an interim single tier dividend of 12.2% per ordinary share of RM1.00 each in BHB ("BHB Share") for the financial year ending 31 December 2015 ("Interim Dividend").
The Board had also determined that the dividend reinvestment plan ("DRP") will apply to the entire Interim Dividend which will provide the shareholders of BHB with the option to reinvest the Interim Dividend into new BHB Shares.
On behalf of the Board, RHB Investment Bank Berhad had on 8 December 2015 announced that the issue price for the new BHB Shares to be issued pursuant to the implementation of the DRP in respect of the Interim Dividend has been fixed at RM3.3885 per BHB Share.
