| Please refer to the announcement made on even date explaining the reason for the deferment of the book closure date. The Abridged Prospectus together with its accompanying Rights Subscription Form and Notice of Provisional Allotment will be dispatched to the entitled shareholders of the Company not later than five (5) market days after the entitlement date. The Abridged Prospectus together with its accompanying documents will not be registered under the laws of any foreign jurisdictions. Shareholders of the Company who do not have a registered address in Malaysia ("Foreign Shareholders") may wish to provide an address in Malaysia for the service of the Abridged Prospectus together with its accompanying documents by completing the Malaysian Address Nomination Form (copy of which was sent via its letter dated 7 September 2006) and sending it to the Registrar at least five (5) market days prior to the entitlement date. Alternatively, the Foreign Shareholders may obtain a copy of the Abridged Prospectus together with its accompanying documents, which will be available within five (5) market days after the entitlement date, from the Registrar or from Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad's website at www.bursamalaysia.com. |
