| On 25 November 2014, the Board of Directors of BIMB Holdings Berhad (“BHB”) ("Board") had declared an interim single tier dividend of 14.7% per ordinary share of RM1.00 each in BHB ("BHB Share") for the financial year ending 31 December 2014 (“Interim Dividend”). The Board had also determined that the dividend reinvestment plan ("DRP") will apply to the entire Interim Dividend which will provide the shareholders of BHB with the option to reinvest the Interim Dividend into new BHB Shares. On behalf of the Board, Bank Islam Malaysia Berhad had also on even date announced that the issue price for the new shares to be issued pursuant to the implementation of the DRP in respect of the Interim Dividend is RM3.71 per Share. This announcement is dated 2 December 2014. |
