The Abridged Prospectus together with the notice of provisional allotment and rights subscription form pursuant to the Rights Issue with Warrants (collectively, the "Documents") will only be despatched to the shareholders of the Company whose names appear in the Company's Record of Depositors as at 5:00 p.m. on 3 November 2020 ("Entitled Shareholders") and who have a registered address in Malaysia or who have provided the Share Registrar, Tricor Investor & Issuing House Services Sdn Bhd with a registered address in Malaysia in writing by 5:00 p.m. on 3 November 2020.
The Documents are not intended to be (and will not be) issued, circulated or distributed in any countries or jurisdictions other than Malaysia and no action has been or will be taken to ensure that the Rights Issue with Warrants complies with laws of any countries or jurisdictions other than the laws of Malaysia.
Entitled Shareholders who do not have a registered address in Malaysia for the service of documents and wish to provide a Malaysian address, should inform their respective stockbrokers or the Share Registrar, Tricor Investor & Issuing House Services Sdn Bhd, to effect the change of address by 5:00 p.m. on 3 November 2020.
Holders of outstanding warrants 2018/2023 ("Warrant(s) A") ("Warrant(s) A Holders") who wish to be entitled to the Rights Shares with Warrants should exercise their Warrants A by lodging their duly completed Warrants A exercise forms together with the relevant exercise subscription monies with the Share Registrar, Tricor Investor & Issuing House Services Sdn Bhd, on or before 5.00 p.m. on 23 October 2020. This is to enable their names to appear in the Company's Record of Depositors by 5.00 p.m. on 3 November 2020.
