Approval from Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad for the listing of and quotation for the Bonus Shares was obtained on 19 February 2021. Shareholders approval for the Bonus Issue was obtained on 17 March 2021. The Bonus Shares will be listed and quoted on 1 April 2021, being the next market day after the entitlement date. The Share Registrar of Chin Hin will issue and despatch notices of allotment to all entitled shareholders of Chin Hin within 4 market days after the date of listing of and quotation for the Bonus Shares on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.
