The Warrants will be credited into the entitled shareholders' central depository system accounts and notices of allotment will be issued and despatched to the entitled shareholders at the address as per the Record of Depositors within 4 market days after the date of the listing of and quotation for the Warrants. Entitled shareholders are not required to take any action. The Warrants will be quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Securities within 2 market days after an application for the quotation of the Warrants is submitted to Bursa Securities. Arising from the migration to the no par value regime under the Companies Act 2016, par value is no longer relevant. This announcement is dated 3 May 2017. |
