The Issue of Free Warrants will be implemented concurrently with the share split exercise ("Share Split") and bonus issue exercise ("Bonus Issue of Shares"). The number of Warrants to be received by the entitled shareholders shall be based on the number of subdivided shares held by the entitled shareholders after the Share Split but before the Bonus Issue of Shares.
881,100,000 Warrants will be listed on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") 2 market days after the application for quotation of the Warrants is submitted to Bursa Securities.
The notice of allotment for the Warrants will be issued and despatched to the entitled shareholders in due course.
