Reference is made to the circular to shareholders of AME dated 26 April 2022 ("Circular"). Unless otherwise stated, words and phrases used in this announcement shall have the same meaning as defined in the Circular. 

The last date and time for acceptance and payment as well as the listing date set out above are tentative only and may be subject to change. An announcement on the timetable for the Proposed Listing will be made in due course by AME REIT.
 
The ROFS is non-renounceable and the ROFS Units provisionally offered to Entitled AME Shareholders (as defined herein) are non-tradeable and non-transferable. The ROFS to be offered are solely based on the contents of the Prospectus to be issued by AME REIT. The Prospectus together with the accompanying Offer Acceptance Form as well as the Notice of Provisional Offer (collectively, the "Documents") will be despatched to the entitled shareholders whose names appear in the Record of Depositors ("ROD") of AME as at 5.00 p.m. on 15 August 2022 ("Entitled AME Shareholders") at their addresses in Malaysia as shown in the ROD or at their addresses in Malaysia provided by them by 5.00 p.m. on 15 August 2022 to Bursa Depository. An Entitled AME Shareholder may only exercise his/her/its rights in respect of the ROFS to the extent that it would be lawful to do so. Entitled AME Shareholders may fully or partially subscribe for their entitlement to the ROFS Units and also apply for Excess ROFS Units. The Retail Price per ROFS Unit will be made available in the Documents.

The Documents are not intended to be and will not be issued, circulated or distributed in any jurisdictions other than Malaysia. No action has been or will be taken to ensure that the ROFS and the Documents comply with the laws of any countries or jurisdictions other than Malaysia.
