The exercise price and the number of outstanding Warrants C will be adjusted in accordance with the provisions of the Deed Poll C, as a consequence of the Bonus Issue, and that the said adjustments will take effect from 19 December 2018, being the next market day immediately after the Entitlement Date.
The additional Warrants C arising from the adjustment consequential to the Bonus Issue ("Additional Warrants C") will be allotted and issued to the entitled Warrant C holders of the Company whose names appear in the Record of Depositors at 5.00 p.m. on the Entitlement Date. The final number of Additional Warrants C to be issued and allotted will depend on the number of outstanding Warrants C which have yet to be exercised as at the Entitlement Date. The Additional Warrants C will be listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad simultaneously with the Bonus Shares on 19 December 2018, being the next market day immediately after the Entitlement Date.
The notice to Warrant C holders setting out the details of the adjustments and the notice of allotment of the Additional Warrants C will be despatched in due course.
Warrant C holders who wish to be entitled to the Bonus Issue should exercise their Warrants C by lodging their duly completed exercise forms together with the relevant subscription monies with the Company's Share Registrar on or before 5.00 p.m. on Monday, 10 December 2018 such that their names will appear on the Record of Depositors at 5.00 p.m. on the Entitlement Date.
