The RCPS shall carry the right to receive cumulative preferential dividends at the following rates calculated based on the Issue Price : From and including the Issue Date until but excluding the third (3rd) anniversary of the Issue Date at 4% per annum; From and including the third (3rd) anniversary of the Issue Date until but excluding the fourth (4th) anniversary of the Issue Date at 4.5% per annum; and From and including the fourth (4th) anniversary of the Issue Date until but excluding the Maturity Date at 5.0% per annum |
