The Bonus Warrants are attached to the Bonus Shares without any cost and will be issued only to the entitled shareholders of Jentayu Sustainables. Each Bonus Warrant will entitle its holder to subscribe for one (1) new Jentayu Sustainables Share at an exercise price of RM0.66. The Bonus Warrants will be immediately detached from the Bonus Shares upon issuance and traded separately.
The Bonus Shares and Bonus Warrants pursuant to the Bonus Issue of Shares and Warrants as well as the Rights Shares pursuant to the Rights Issue of Shares will be listed and quoted together on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") 2 market days upon the receipt of an application for quotation by Bursa Securities. The listing and quotation of the Bonus Shares, Bonus Warrants and Rights Shares will take place on 3 March 2022.
The notices of allotment for the Bonus Shares and Bonus Warrants will be issued and despatched to all entitled shareholders of Jentayu Sustainables prior to the listing and quotation of the Bonus Shares and Bonus Warrants on the Main Market of Bursa Securities.
